Phase One
90 Days
Weekly · 30 to 60 min
The intensive. The hardest work — surfacing what’s actually going on, where it comes from, and what you actually want. Weekly check-ins. Homework that matters more than your next deadline, even when it doesn’t feel that way.
Phase Two
90 Days
Biweekly · 60 min
Accountability and thought partnership. The clarity is there. Now we test it against real decisions and real life. Every other week, sixty minutes, full presence required.
Phase Three
6 Months
Monthly + biweekly email
Maintenance and problem solving. Monthly one-hour check-ins, email every other week. The work is largely done. This phase protects it — and handles the unexpected things before they become the next presenting situation.
WHAT I ASK IN RETURN
Honesty. The kind you haven’t been able to practice with anyone else lately.
A willingness to be challenged by someone who will not accept “I’m too busy.”
The understanding that this will not be linear — the moments you want to skip matter most.
I work with a small number of people at a time. That is not a marketing constraint.
